Energy improvement of the blow extrusion process

SILVALAC, S.A. has carried out a project to improve energy efficiency in its facilities at the Monjos del Penedès production center. The project is made up of 1 action: Incorporation of a Blow extrusion line designed and built under energy efficiency criteria, with the consequent reduction of the specific energy consumption of the SILVALAC BLOW plant. This action has meant that SILVALAC, S.A. an investment of 1,025,500 €. This project has received grant of €221,530 though the INSTITUTE FOR DIVERSIFICATION AND ENERGY SAVINGS (IDAE), grant co-financed by the European Union though the FEDER Operational  Program for Smart Growth 2014-2020.
